How To Add a Login To An Existing Student

If the student already exists in the system and you want to create login for another person (another parent, etc.):

Go to, "Logins for Students"

Click "Add New" at the top right, then, "New Login for Existing Student"

Add the person's details and select the students who should be linked to them under "Link login to existing student(s)"

Click "Submit".

Note: If you do not have the "User Admin" permission:
1. you will only be able to link new logins to students you are linked to.
2. If the system tells you the new login's email already exists, you need to contact someone with, "User Admin" permission in your organization to help.
